The ScaleMate option works with any RoboCrib to manage fly-away hardware and other direct material.
It uses "parts cups" to dispense smaller items such as fasteners and other fly-away hardware with 100% accuracy and total control.
The user takes the quantity of items desired from the parts cups, and ScaleMate weighs the remaining items to record the number removed.
The ScaleMate and RoboCrib enable 100% accurate lot traceability!
Separate lots are stored in separate locked down compartments…lot numbers are never mixed and are tracked throughout the process.
ScaleMate allows capture of serial numbers or lot numbers, accurately tracking lot and/or serial number for each item dispensed.
